Monthly Goal Setting Templates

Regardless of what you are currently doing AND what you want to do in the future, I think that goal setting is one of the best tools. No goal is too big or too small, in fact you should have some of both. I often set short term goals for myself every single day and of course I have life goals too. BUT, I think that people really underestimate the power of a medium term goal. It is bigger than a small to do list, yet not a life-long accomplishment. A medium term goal is something you can see definite results with in a medium amount of time.
Enter...... monthly goals!
I was once told that you should do something every month that scares you and as we all know, outside of your comfort zone is "where the magic happens." This week, I have been thinking a lot about the unique things I want to do outside of my day-to-day nursing student life. I think a good first step for myself is to start having monthly goals and I think anyone can benefit from this.
